Damascus Titanium is made from different types of titanium alloys. Typically, titanium alloy plates are laminated, forged, and twisted to create unique patterns. But this traditional method can sometimes make it difficult to produce larger billets, and the output tends to be unstable.
To overcome these limitations, we developed a hot rolling process for producing Damascus Titanium rods. The titanium alloy plates are now laminated, forged, hot rolled, and then twisted. We also use thicker plates to form the billet, which leads to fewer surface defects, more consistent rod shapes, and more striking patterns.

Note:
1. Rods will be shipped in their raw, uncolored state, ready for you to machine and finish as you like.

2. The colors shown in the listing photos are for reference only. Actual results may vary depending on the heat temperature used during coloring. Proper polishing and thorough cleaning before heating usually helps bring out more vibrant colors.

3. We can provide coloring instructions if needed, and you should also be able to find plenty of helpful videos on YouTube.
