Black Titanium is a hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant material with a darker and glossier look than Pure Zirconium (Zr702). It's a great choice for jewelry, EDC projects, or other custom work.

The fast blackening technology we use was developed by our team at CW Materials in Charlotte, NC. With a simple setup, it can create a black, ceramic-like surface in under 10 minutes. The finish is not a coating, it bonds with the metal itself, combining the hardness of ceramic with the toughness of titanium.

Note: This is raw bar stock, unpolished and not blackened. It's the base material, ready for you to machine and finish as you like.
